Job Description

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join a team developing software for maritime assets, focusing on autonomy and cross-domain solutions. The role involves system design, library development, architecture selection, and real-world deployment, with a focus on reliability and ease-of-use.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development for maritime assets
• Implement cross-domain autonomy solutions
• Generate system solutions for reliability and ease-of-use
• Write and maintain core libraries
• Drive architecture selection and design
• Manage feature developments
• Travel for building, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and code optimization
• Strong C++ experience in a Linux development environment
• Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
• Experience with distributed software platform and application architectures
• Capacity to work on software enabled capabilities
• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn outside of core discipline
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
