Job Description

As a Customer Success Implementation Manager, you will drive execution with Checkr's most important customers and partners. You will coordinate cross-functionally across all departments and own the day-to-day project management of multiple deployments. The ideal candidate is a project manager with experience deploying integrated software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand project risks and coordinate with teams
• Communicate and influence project planning, execution, and delivery
• Oversee planning, tracking, and completion of project tasks
• Develop and deliver project plans and RAID logs
• Provide deployment progress updates
• Develop and oversee projects and lead meetings
• Document and monitor customer progress
• Coordinate internal resources and drive project releases
• Prepare and coordinate client training
• Manage dependencies for multiple projects
• Translate information for various audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in related industry or SAAS
• Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong technical understanding of software systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
