Job Description

As a Growth Manager at Verkada, you will drive customer relationships by introducing the product suite to existing customers, focusing on pipeline generation and bookings through cross-selling within the North American market. You will build and optimize the customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer LTV
  • Own the data strategy for audience segmentation
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with account executives to define a joint approach to upsell/cross-sell
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics
  • Leverage Excel and SQL to dig into campaign performance

Requirements

  • Experience in designing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Experience in creating customer-focused content and campaigns
  • Expertise in building scalable systems and automation
  • Backgrounds in investment banking, quantitative consulting, strategy, or analytics
