Job Description

As a Growth Manager focused on SLED (State, Local, and Education), you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite within the U.S. SLED market. You’ll build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for State, Local, and Education
  • Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns
  • Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
  • Experience working in SLED marketing is preferred but not necessary
