Job Description

Verkada seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a team focused on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the Corporate market in the Western region of the United States. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
  • Drive team performance to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance
  • Identify and secure new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Establish channel partnerships
  • Prepare sales forecasts and develop growth plans
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics
  • Assist with quotes and finalize deals
  • Organize pipeline reviews
  • Spearhead recruitment and mentorship

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years leading enterprise sales teams
  • Experience with large, complex deals
  • Ability to manage process-driven sales cycles
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud software, or hardware industries is a plus
  • Experience working with channel partners
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • High IQ, EQ, and self-awareness
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
