Verkada seeks a Sr. Manager to lead technical initiatives and grow its channel partner ecosystem, combining technical program management with partner enablement. Responsibilities

• Drive technical programs
• Define program objectives and metrics
• Manage dependencies and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with teams for alignment
• Lead a team of program managers
• Create new and streamline processes
• Lead channel enablement programs
• Drive partner onboarding and education
• Foster partner relationships
• Use data visualization and reporting
• Act as a liaison between teams and partners
• Provide feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in managing technical programs
• 3+ years of experience leading people
• Experience with CRM tools
• Experience in channel development
• Experience managing technical projects
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker
• Familiarity with enterprise security products
