Verkada is seeking Technical Support Engineers to support its growing base of enterprise customers. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, advising customers, collaborating with engineers, providing feedback to product management, and creating knowledge base articles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the Verkada platform
• Provide best practice expertise
• Communicate technical matters
• Own customer issues
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams
• Write technical knowledge base articles
• Stay up to date on industry technologies
• Build tools and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related technical discipline
• Coursework in computer networking, Linux, electronics, computer systems, or coding languages is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Industry certifications are a plus
