Job Description

Verkada is seeking Technical Support Engineers to support its growing base of enterprise customers. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, advising customers, collaborating with engineers, providing feedback to product management, and creating knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Industry certifications are a plus
