Job Description

As an Enterprise Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving large, cross functional outcomes by partnering closely with the mission team, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders. You’ll be own full work streams through requirements gathering, architecture design, technical implementation, and fielding.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive software solutions, ensuring mission success
• Serve as the primary technical leader and representative
• Shape the future of technology by contributing expertise to government RFIs, RFPs, and strategy
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects
• Innovate with cutting-edge technology by building software
• Elevate products and expand reach by writing code
• Collaborate with a diverse team to develop and deploy software features
• Engage directly with mission owners and deliver capabilities firsthand
• Spearhead initiatives to acquire and expand business opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with knowledge of databases, caching technologies, object stores, and front-end frameworks
• Experience developing and deploying secure software solutions in compliance with the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Ability to integrate with complex government IT ecosystems
• Track record of collaborating with government IT and program offices
• Experience in engaging directly with end users to understand mission needs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
