The Top of Funnel team at Reddit is key to user growth. The Senior Product Manager will shape the future of how users discover and experience Reddit across the Internet. This role involves defining and executing on the vision and strategy for Top of Funnel Platform, owning the roadmapping process, and partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute on the vision and strategy for Top of Funnel Platform
• Own the roadmapping process and define OKRs
• Design and analyze experiments
• Identify opportunities to drive impact
• Partner with engineering to develop a roadmap
• Design platform products
• Partner with Design and Data Science

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in consumer product management
• Experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong technical background
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
