Job Description

The Senior Stock Plan Manager will optimize global employee equity programs, emphasizing daily administration, Equity Edge Online (EEO) expertise, and public company disclosures. This leadership role requires people management skills, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equity administration, including grants, vesting, and transactions
• Review capitalization table and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage SEC filings and disclosure requirements
• Ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements
• Implement equity solutions and enhance processes
• Partner on the design and evolution of global equity programs
• Oversee month-end close process for stock-based compensation
• Maintain and update procedure documentation
• Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams
• Oversee equity communication strategy
• Foster employee understanding and engagement
• Lead and develop the equity administration team
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
• 7+ years of equity administration experience
• Expertise in Equity Edge Online
• Understanding of equity instruments, tax regulations, and public company disclosure requirements
• Experience managing employee stock purchase plans
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to streamline processes and scale operations
• Proven leadership and people management experience
