Job Description

As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of Reddit’s ad marketplace, focusing on real-time auctions, supply optimization, and pricing. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and other product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execution for Reddit’s auction marketplace
• Lead innovation by partnering with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Sales teams
• Make data-driven decisions using metrics and analytics
• Define and own KPIs focused on revenue growth and user experience
• Play a central role in defining and driving Reddit’s overall monetization strategy

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in online advertising, including ad auctions and real-time bidding
• Experience with ML-based advertising products
• Expertise in using data to drive decisions
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle
• Strong communication skills
