Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers
• Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth
• Lead strategic sales conversations
• Implement and optimize campaigns
• Monitor and report on key campaign metrics
• Identify and communicate product feedback
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Cultivate strong client relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly analytical
• Motivated self-starter
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
