Job Description

Willie’s Remedy+ is seeking a Director of Growth & Digital to lead growth marketing, scale DTC brands, and build subscription-first marketing engines. This role involves strategy, execution, and hands-on involvement in areas like campaign optimization, landing page building, and conversion funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
  • Manage multi-channel marketing budgets and monitor KPIs
  • Collaborate with CMO and leadership on strategy
  • Manage external agencies
  • Build and manage paid acquisition programs
  • Manage and scale paid channels
  • Lead web team for CRO
  • Own CRO initiatives
  • Create and A/B test landing pages
  • Work with creative team
  • Manage site merchandising and product launches
  • Build and iterate on product bundling
  • Own and improve Shopify site experience
  • Develop growth playbooks
  • Audit marketing mix
  • Implement measurement frameworks
  • Collaborate on partnerships and brand messaging
  • Test and learn
  • Oversee customer journey
  • Design experiments for churn reduction
  • Test subscription flows
  • Develop launch strategies
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboard
  • Manage analytics across channels
  • Manage tech stack
  • Identify and solve problems

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Lives in Southern CA
  • 5+ years of DTC eCommerce growth experience
  • Expert knowledge of Shopify ecosystem
  • Expert knowledge of DTC marketing metrics
  • Experience leveraging attribution tactics
  • Strong creative strategy capabilities
  • Deeply analytical and comfortable with modeling
  • Ability to design and test landing pages
  • Can manage external agencies
  • Have built growth systems
  • Extensive experience with subscription ecommerce
