The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of the ear piercing studio, ensuring customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail, a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, and an ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
• Lead and develop a team of staff
• Meet studio targets and drive revenue growth
• Foster a positive team culture
• Manage staff scheduling and address staffing issues
• Oversee inventory management
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and onboard new staff members
• Prepare and submit reports on studio performance
• Ensure studio budgets and financial targets are met
• Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Customer-obsessed with excellent customer service skills
• Proven track record of driving sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to adapt to multiple priorities
• Comfortable using technology and POS
• Deep understanding of retail operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Analytical skills, including retail math
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
