Job Description

The GTM Analytics Manager will play a key role in scaling the sales organization by providing data-driven insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and business growth. This role involves strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset to enhance Kong’s revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the GTM Analytics Director to execute a roadmap for GTM teams
  • Evolve analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
  • Own pipeline analytics, including forecasting, health, generation, movement, and coverage
  • Contribute to strategic projects like GTM planning and capacity planning
  • Maintain a revenue forecast model
  • Manage headcount forecasting
  • Support quarterly business reviews and end-of-quarter analysis
  • Establish processes and best practices for the GTM Analytics team
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations for standardization and visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Financial Planning
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and global sales teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business impact
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales metrics and pipeline analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, SFDC, Clari, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
  • SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
  • SFDC Admin Certification is a plus
