Job Description

DISQO seeks a data-driven Insights Manager to lead ad measurement implementations and leverage unique data sets to enhance customer brand impact. The role involves customer advocacy, project management, process optimization, and contributing to product enhancement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consumer research, marketing analytics, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Champion customer relationships and ensure solution utilization
  • Research and understand customer needs
  • Drive ad measurement solution deployment
  • Manage multiple projects and customers
  • Contribute to product enhancement roadmap
  • Improve delivery processes and KPIs
  • Participate in key initiatives
  • Help build data visualization capabilities
  • Help establish automation of insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 5-7 years of insights management experience
  • Experience delivering Brand Lift studies
  • Experience within brands and/or agencies (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles
  • Experience with ad serving platforms
  • Experience handling data formats from DSPs, DMPs, and other third-party solutions
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution fundamentals (a plus)
