Job Description

DISQO is seeking an Account Development Representative to work with Marketing and Sales Directors/VPs to cultivate, educate, qualify, and provide sales-qualified leads. The role involves lead generation, inbound/outbound communication, and building relationships to grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with leads via email and phone to explain DISQO’s solutions and book meetings
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer’s business needs
  • Manage and overcome lead objections
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Directors/VP of Sales
  • Provide feedback internally and collaborate with peers
  • Convert marketing qualified leads (MQL)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Experience using to plan and document sales efforts
  • Ability to craft highly converting email sales sequences
  • Data-driven and committed to metrics-based optimization
  • Knowledge or interest in online market research
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience interacting with leads via telephone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Media Agencies, Brands, and Publishers
  • Experience in the ad/campaign measurement field
  • Experience using SalesLoft, SalesForce, LinkedIn, and similar tools
