Responsibilities
Define requirements and ensure compatibility of interfaces
Support project scheduling and coordination
Be the primary technical point of contact with external customers
Act as a liaison between program management, engineering, and manufacturing
Participate in the development of system engineering processes
Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies
Identify and resolve issues
Foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
9+ years of experience with space-based communication payloads
Practical experience with antenna and RF systems
Experience working with product/component developers and vendors
Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
Proficiency with a requirements management tool
Ability to define work direction and track milestones
Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
