Job Description

Develop and execute test plans and equipment for space and airborne electronics in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans for electronic assemblies
• Execute tests in the electronics lab
• Execute multi-board assembly testing
• Design test fixtures or equipment
• Plan integration of prototype modules
• Assemble complex test setups
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues
• Evaluate and document test results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, LabVIEW, SQL, MATLAB, or Embedded C)
• Experience designing and executing test plans for custom board-level electronics
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
