Job Description

The Investments Group at CIM is seeking a Portfolio Oversight Analyst to support fund performance and communicate with investors. This role involves analyzing investments, reviewing portfolio composition, and providing support for leverage and lending decisions. The analyst will also manage asset performance, prepare reports, and assist in fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on strategy and investments
• Evaluate risk/return of new investments
• Develop hold/sell recommendations
• Provide analysis for leverage and lending decisions
• Maintain knowledge of potential acquisitions
• Oversee and monitor asset performance
• Collaborate with other departments
• Review and present appraisals
• Provide updates to investors
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Participate in meetings
• Continuous improvement of service offering
• Investor negotiation

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Real Estate or Investment Banking
• Expertise with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with financial statements
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
