Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a Class A apartment complex to maintain physical assets, ensuring high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Maintain the property’s exterior appearance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Be on call for emergency maintenance issues
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of maintenance supplies
• Work closely with the property management team
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical certification in a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Strong knowledge of building systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to diagnose problems and execute repairs
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions
