The Facilities Technician supports daily operations of building systems, including maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC and mechanical/electrical systems. They respond to customer requests and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Follows safe practices and complies with standards
Operates and maintains heating, ventilating, and other facility equipment
Completes all assigned tasks
Works with customers on technical issues and failure investigations
Provides engineering support for various systems and maintenance programs
Analyzes and solves problems related to equipment operation and maintenance
Reviews service bulletins and develops solutions
Manages project implementation and coordinates warranty recovery
Coordinates work with other operational groups
Requirements
3+ years of HVAC and maintenance experience
Engineering skill sets applicable to various systems
Ability to meet requirements for specific ATS environments (if applicable)
