Job Description

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned area
• Maintain carpets and hard surface floors
• Dust furniture, ventilation, lights, and blinds
• Empty wastebaskets
• Clean windows and restrooms
• Complete work orders
• Move trash containers
• Maintain equipment for garbage removal
• Assist with snow and ice removal
• Maintain and clean common spaces
• Assist with trash-out of vacant apartments
• Coordinate parts, supplies, and equipment
• Perform simple procedures and tasks

Requirements

• Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training
• Working knowledge of energy conservation strategies
• Process administrative paperwork
• Act as a team member
• Demonstrate commitment to quality of service
• Comply with facility specific safety programs
• Maintain regular attendance
• Provide highest quality of service
• Participate in regular communication
• Ability to work on a ladder or elevated surface
