Job Description

Viant is seeking a Programmatic Account Strategist in New York to advise self-service customers, drive platform adoption, and support campaign performance. This role involves educating clients, making recommendations, building relationships, and meeting KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Form close relationships with customers
  • Become a Viant Cloud and Adelphic DSP expert
  • Oversee and manage client campaign portfolios
  • Educate and train customers to promote trading expertise
  • Provide recommendations that drive delivery and performance
  • Communicate industry and Viant insights
  • Share client insights and knowledge
  • Support and grow existing business
  • Identify ways to improve the operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Programmatic, Account Management, Account Strategist, Technical Services, Operations role
  • Solid understanding of programmatic, ad tech, self-serve DSP's, SSP’s, PMP’s
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable passion for learning new technologies
  • Outstanding communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great energy and passion for working in a fast-growing technology company
  • Experience in Internet technologies such as HTML, SQL, JavaScript a plus
  • BS/BA or equivalent; quantitatively-oriented degree a plus
