Job Description

The Delphix Customer Success Director at Perforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join the team. This role involves managing and growing customer accounts, driving value, and securing renewals. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, experienced in managing accounts, and comfortable in renewal conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Orchestrate relationships with assigned clients
  • Ensure client reference ability
  • Facilitate executive-level engagements
  • Measure and monitor customer’s achievement of KPIs
  • Identify and manage escalations
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Know the market and maintain knowledge of competitors
  • Report on renewal, customer health, and risk forecasting
  • Create ROIs to promote value
  • May be required to support additional products/brands

Requirements

  • Experience negotiating and closing customer contracts
  • 8+ years history of success as a customer success manager
  • Experience working with reseller and services partners
  • Track record of guiding technical conversations
  • Experience in Software and ideally in DevOps, Test Data Management, Agile, CI/CD and/or Masking
  • Must work within a team environment
  • Knowledge of customer success tool and efficient in creating presentations, excel and ROIs
  • Must be able to travel at times
