Job Description

Perforce is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage post-sales processes for Enterprise-level customers. The TAM will articulate the company's technology, identify customer needs, and drive business value using Perforce products. The ideal candidate is client-focused, with strong technical expertise and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage post-sales processes with Enterprise-level customers
  • Build partnerships with business and technical decision-makers
  • Articulate company technology and solutions positioning
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical goals
  • Mitigate and identify technical and business risks
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Address customer questions on technical and business-related issues
  • Deliver value presentations
  • Perform technical assessments
  • Represent the 'Voice of the Customer'
  • Advocate for clients across internal teams
  • Build knowledge through workshops and demos

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with strong knowledge in the Software testing industry
  • 3+ years of TAM experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations
  • Organized and analytical
  • Experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#
  • Experience with CI / Automation Technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
  • Experience in Testing/QA is considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to travel (25%)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-organizational projects
  • High organization ability
