Job Description

ThreatConnect is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they effectively utilize the platform to mitigate risks and threats. The role involves training, integration, problem-solving, and proactive guidance to enhance customer adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Provide platform training
  • Map customer processes and requirements
  • Eliminate bottlenecks
  • Integrate with third-party platforms
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Provide proactive guidance
  • Manage service requests and project plans
  • Identify risks and increase retention
  • Manage customer-facing events
  • Travel to customer sites
  • Work with Customer Success Managers
  • Interface with Product Managers
  • Set and manage expectations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support or security industry experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of security solutions and technologies
  • Understanding of the intelligence lifecycle
  • Comfortable with API integrations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate business and technical advantages
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
