Job Description

As a Sr. AI Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications, focusing on Screens, an AI-powered contract review application. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions, improve internal AI tooling, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven enterprise applications
• Integrate and optimize commercial and open source LLM APIs
• Evaluate and implement RAG pipelines and agent architectures
• Partner with product managers and designers to identify AI opportunities
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Continuously improve AI model evaluation processes
• Enhance internal AI developer tools and workflows
• Establish AI engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Participate in incident response and system monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years of AI/ML experience
• Proficiency in relevant AI Tools
• Experience integrating commercial LLM APIs
• Strong knowledge of building cloud-native applications
• Deep understanding of AI model evaluation and RAG techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience building RAG-based systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
