The Marketplace Development Representative (MDR) is the first point of contact for prospects entering the Field Nation ecosystem, responding to inbound interest, qualifying leads, and guiding them towards the appropriate team or platform solutions.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Conduct intro meetings to pre-qualify leads and assess fit
Evaluate buyer needs to determine routing to Sales or transactional path
Schedule and facilitate smooth handoffs to Sales
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to share lead insights
Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
Strong communication and active listening skills
Proficient with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce
