  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant IT certifications are desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of video conferencing, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, MDM, ticketing systems, password management, antivirus software, VPN, and other standard Enterprise tools
