The Commercial Analytics Team at Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to design and deliver data and analytics solutions for life sciences companies. The role involves identifying business issues, leveraging industry data, and delivering solutions focused on commercial processes. The consultant will support client engagement teams, build customer relationships, and lead projects with a focus on data-driven consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data and analytics for solution recommendations
• Serve as a key member of the project team supporting key deliverables and timelines
• Establish relationships with client personnel
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are informed
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends
• Demonstrate the ability to assimilate to new knowledge
• Possess good business acumen
• Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5+ years of experience with the pharmaceutical industry
• Background in Segmentation, Targeting, and Commercial Analytics
• Strong understanding of data and analytics
• Strong track record of delivering client advisory engagements
• Core management consulting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel roughly 40%
