Job Description

The University Recruiter will build talent attraction strategies, coordinate university recruiting events, identify top university graduates, and interview candidates for the Analytics Development Program (ADP). This role involves representing Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to build the employer brand across universities and student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase quality hiring and evolve recruitment strategies
• Source and recruit talented students and recent graduates
• Generate leads and manage candidate pipeline
• Interview candidates
• Represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador
• Develop long-term engagement programs with Universities
• Coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events
• Create and deliver presentations/webinars
• Coordinate and maintain candidate experience
• Facilitate follow-through with candidates and leadership
• Build connections with Veeva business leaders
• Collect, organize, and analyze data
• Support the engagement of new grads

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. Degree
• Located within commuting distance to New York City
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• At least 2 years of university recruiting experience
• Proven success with pipeline generation and sourcing
• Clear and concise written, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to quickly build relationships
• Passionate about helping new grads
• Ability to work independently as part of a global team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
