Job Description

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to provide ongoing professional services for customers using Veeva’s commercial and medical content management solutions (Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical). This is a remote, full-time, non-travel role.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support
• Configure and enhance live applications
• Bulk import/export/updates of content and data
• Recommend application features and best practices
• Maintain production and sandbox environments
• Create reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in content management software or related services
• Customer service or consulting experience
• Ability to understand client requirements and articulate solutions
• Experience managing client requests and setting expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
