Job Description

The Account Partner identifies and expands opportunities within global accounts for Veeva Quality Cloud, developing relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points, and acting as a trusted advisor to address their needs with a focus on Quality solutions. They oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring customer success, and collaborate with a dedicated Account Team to develop a value proposition for sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities within assigned global accounts
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders in business and IT
  • Understanding key business objectives and pain points
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to address customer needs
  • Overseeing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals
  • Ensuring customer success throughout the process
  • Collaborating with a dedicated Account Team to develop a value proposition for sales campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling complex enterprise solutions to the life sciences or medical device & diagnostics industry
  • Minimum 5 recent years selling Quality Management (QMS), Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) software solutions
  • Expertise in Strategic Selling, Challenger Selling, Value Selling or MEDDIC methodologies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • History of professional progression
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with VP or C-Level
  • Based in Territory
