Job Description

The Data team leverages data from autonomous vehicles and operations to determine autonomy and service readiness. You will develop and implement the next generation of our data pipeline to ensure visibility into our business as we scale toward the launch of an autonomous mobility service.

Responsibilities

• Own foundational data artifacts for the business domain
• Mentor, coach and advocate for direct reports
• Design and build pipelines and data models to support analytics for business domain
• Contribute to design of data architecture and data governance for the entire data platform
• Define and execute on how high value key data asset is consumed to generate valuable insights
• Establish robust data integrity and quality monitoring
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define data consumption patterns and establish best practices

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing teams of 5+ members
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize development work and build cross-functional alignment
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines
• Expert level SQL and Data Modeling skill, strong experience in data warehousing and distributed processing framework
• Strong data operations mindset and opinions on next-generation warehouse tools
