Job Description

Zoox is seeking a strategic and results-driven learning and development professional for their Fleet Operations team to expand L&D initiatives. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive programs and processes to support the learning and talent development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Fleet Operations L&D programs
• Review and evaluate existing or proposed programs for impact and ROI
• Align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee and manage end-to-end program life cycles
• Establish and manage timelines, resources, and budgets for training programs
• Identify and prioritize learning needs and drive a comprehensive learning strategy
• Support people programs such as performance management and onboarding
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Training Associates and Project Managers

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in program management and L&D
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in designing and delivering successful and scalable learning and development programs
• Demonstrated success analyzing training needs
• Experience building and scaling development programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong group facilitation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
