Responsibilities
Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
Develop and execute maintenance programs
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Analyze maintenance data to improve equipment reliability

Requirements
BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
7+ years of equipment engineering or maintenance experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Expertise in automated manufacturing systems
Familiarity with SAP maintenance management systems
