Job Description

As a Systems Triage Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of Zoox's autonomous platform, triaging and root causing issues identified during testing and real-world operations. You will produce reports and insights that inform leadership on the overall quality and influence of engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose system faults and errors
• Categorize and prioritize issues
• Identify trends in system failures and propose preventative measures
• Develop tools and workflows to drive improvements
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM-related field
• 6+ years of experience in systems troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and scripting/programming languages (preferably Python)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for autonomous vehicle technology and safety
