Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Contingent Workforce Planning Partner to manage the Extended/Contingent Workforce, focusing on strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide change. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of extended workforce workers, leading the Preferred Vendor program, supporting the launch of a new Vendor Management System, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of extended workforce workers
• Lead the Preferred Vendor program
• Support the launch of a new Vendor Management System
• Manage Service Periods, End Dates and Worker Types
• Ensure data accuracy and analysis
• Lead partnership with employers of record for international workers
• Explore and execute improvements to the purchase order process
• Act as owner for all M&A activities related to extended workforce
• Develop and deliver training resources
• Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in extended workforce program management or related fields
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Proven track record driving process and tooling efficiency
• Experience working in an expanding international organization
• Familiarity with Workday and Coupa or similar HRIS and Procurement tools
• Understanding of global and regional compliance requirements
