Job Description

Mochi Health seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive impactful results through performance marketing strategies, data analysis, and strategic recommendations. This in-person role in San Francisco involves optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing channels with daily performance analysis and optimization
• Structure performance reports based on media, business data, and KPIs
• Support campaigns by leveraging first and third-party data
• Conduct analysis related to media planning, including campaign setup and data collection
• Provide strategic recommendations by analyzing factors such as day parting and frequency
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to maximize ROI/CPA goals
• Participate in exploring and testing new marketing channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Experience in both Facebook and Google Ads
• Proven ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL experience is a plus
• Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and media planning/buying
