Job Description

As a Senior IT Site Technician, you will ensure that Ro’ers can access their accounts, devices, and applications with minimal friction. This includes onboarding/offboarding, device management, and application provisioning. You will identify trends and areas of opportunity to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot complex computer hardware and software issues
• Identify trends and mitigate issues with tech solutions or automations
• Triage and manage tickets within Jira
• Administrate cloud applications and access controls
• Maintain and update macOS, Windows, and iOS devices using Jamf and Intune
• Stay current on the latest technology trends
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience in IT operations or support
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate issues proactively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Understanding and troubleshooting of OSI model concepts
• Process development and application of best practices
• A desire for continuous improvement and development
