BLK is seeking a Sr. Director, Head of Growth to drive product and organic marketing strategies. This role focuses on user acquisition, retention, and cultural relevance within the Black community.
Responsibilities
Grow BLK’s user base and improve retention
Ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance
Drive organic and viral growth through data-driven insights
Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition
Optimize onboarding and retention strategies
Analyze user behavior and implement solutions
Increase MAU and DAU
Develop culturally relevant campaigns
Partner with stakeholders and build a team
Gather user insights and integrate them into strategies
Requirements
7+ years of experience in growth marketing or community activation
Strong understanding of viral growth and organic acquisition
Proven experience in user acquisition, onboarding, and retention
Deep knowledge of Black culture and social media trends
Strong brand marketing experience
Strong analytical and experimentation skills
Adaptability and comfort with rapid testing cycles
