As a Project Engineer at Shield AI, you will drive cutting-edge programs from concept to deployment, working with a team of engineers and leaders. This role requires a detail-oriented engineer passionate about AI-driven autonomy, complex system integration, and technical program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAV program execution, meeting objectives
• Bridge communication between engineering, leadership, and stakeholders
• Transform technical challenges into solutions
• Support UAV system design and integration
• Develop technical documentation
• Optimize schedules and resources
• Refine and improve program execution

Requirements

• B.S. in STEM field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or technical program execution
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of systems engineering principles
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
