Job Description

As a Senior SharePoint Engineer at Shield AI, you will design, develop, and maintain secure SharePoint solutions within Azure Government, enhancing collaboration and ensuring compliance with DoD security standards. You will work with stakeholders, optimize workflows, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure SharePoint, Teams and Power BI solutions in Azure
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement and optimize workflows using Power Automate, PowerApps, custom web parts, and system integrations
• Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and best practices
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while maintaining system documentation and processes
• Continuously improve the SharePoint environment by staying current with emerging technologies
• Manage SharePoint helpdesk tickets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
• Proficiency in Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerShell, and related tools
• Knowledge of DoD security standards and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
