Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops and laptops
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Perform system updates, patches, and security configuration
Provide technical support to end-users
Identify and resolve performance issues
Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses
Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
Implement asset tagging and labeling procedures
Monitor software license compliance and manage renewals
Coordinate asset allocation and reassignment
Generate reports on asset utilization and cost analysis
Requirements
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems and common desktop applications
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair procedures
Familiarity with network protocols and connectivity
Understanding of IT security best practices
Experience with IT asset management software
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
