Job Description

The Account Management team in Plaid’s Fintech customer segment leverages our deep technical, product, and industry knowledge to help our Fintech-focused customers build and scale amazing applications. The account manager will be responsible for further deepening relationships and fostering the next stage of growth with these clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with customers
  • Manage partnership, commercial, and technical initiatives
  • Lead key partnership initiatives
  • Be a strategic advisor
  • Enable successful and consistent renewals
  • Be a champion for our customers
  • Partner and collaborate with internal cross-functional counterparts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relationship management experience with large organizations
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Plaid’s technical teams
  • Ability to partner with Sales teams
  • A strong business generalist with an acute product sense
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts
  • Ability to solve complex customers challenges
  • Interest in financial services and technical products
