The Solutions Specialist team accelerates revenue growth for Plaid’s Credit solutions by combining knowledge of Plaid’s products with knowledge of consumer credit to tailor solutions to customer needs and become a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales funnel for Credit products and features
Partner with various teams to achieve Credit revenue goals
Focus on sales readiness for new products and features
Author or update the sales playbook for scaling sales
Scale and enable a sales process across different customer types
Improve client onboarding experience
Requirements
8+ years of work experience, with 5+ years of sales experience
Deep experience and market knowledge within the credit and lending space
Excitement about fintech and the future of the financial system
Demonstrated sales abilities with a track record of closing deals
Desire to engage with cross-functional partners
Strong presence and verbal communication skills
Thoughtful strategic thinker with a bias for action
