Govini seeks an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer to create visually appealing marketing materials for print, web, and digital mediums, catering to the Defense and Intelligence communities. The role involves translating cutting-edge offerings, shaping the brand's visual identity, and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create layouts for web, print, and digital marketing materials
• Edit and format visual brand elements
• Use design tools like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Maintain brand styles and standards
• Create and improve presentation templates
• Manage asset library
• Support marketing needs across departments
• Develop social media and email visuals
• Collaborate with market-facing colleagues
• Source and order branded items
• Manage design for marketing campaigns
• Assist in business operations tasks

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years experience with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint)
• Experience designing graphics for print, web, and digital mediums
• Experience with presentation design and data visualization
• Digital portfolio demonstrating design skills
• Ability to execute tasks independently
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CMS software (Webflow)
• Experience with advertising and event marketing
• Experience with brand management and development
