Job Description

Govini seeks a Senior Vice President to lead strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and market expansion within the defense and national security sector by developing and executing partner programs, collaborating with internal teams, and managing partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through partner program execution
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and execution plans for partnerships
  • Manage existing channel and execution partners
  • Identify and onboard new partners
  • Oversee channel management and contracting processes
  • Develop partnership opportunities with internal teams
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners
  • Monitor and track partner performance
  • Address partner concerns and resolve conflicts
  • Stay current on industry trends and policy changes

Requirements

  • 10 years of business development or sales experience to the U.S. federal government
  • Experience managing channel partners for SaaS sales to DoD and federal agencies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong influencer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • US Citizenship is required
