Job Description

Forward Deployed Enablement Engineers maximize the outcomes of deployed products and workflows for commercial customers. This role involves high-level support, developing innovative tooling, and resolving technical issues. They collaborate with customer and product development teams to enhance workflows and deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage support requests
• Provide guidance to customer engineers
• Build with Foundry and AIP to enhance operations
• Collaborate with Product Development teams
• Partner with Business teams to understand customer needs
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Take ownership of problem resolution

Requirements

• Ability to learn and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency with programming languages or data engineering frameworks
• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or STEM, or equivalent experience
